Matischok & Ross were engaged by a private client to update and extend this dated looking 1960’s property. The internal layout was completely reconfigured to give an open-plan feel, a vaulted ceiling living room extension was added to the side and the external façade was updated with a K-Rend finish together with cedar cladding and new grey aluminium windows to give it a more 21st century look.
