New Replacement Dwelling.
Matischok & Ross were instructed by a private client to gain planning permission for the demolition of an existing sub-standard dwelling in the open countryside and design and obtain planning and building regulations approval for a new proposed replacement dwelling. The approved design consisted of a traditional style country house with a modern twist, and also features an attached annexe to meet the family’s multi-generational living needs with a detached double garage and workshop building with home office space at first level. The dwelling has state of the art heating and renewable energy systems, a feature open solid oak entrance porch and has large glazed openings to the rear to take advantage of the views across the open countryside.
